How long will out-of-stock items take? 

At our small business, we work hard to keep all of our products in stock, but sometimes we experience higher than expected demand. Our production cycle from material ordering to production, assembly, and shipping takes approximately 8-10 weeks. So, if you find that an item you want is currently out of stock, you can expect it to be available to ship in 10 weeks or less.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We periodically offer discounts and promotions on our products. You can sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date on our latest deals, or follow us on social media. 

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Do you offer any warranties on your products?

Our products generally come with a two year manufacturer warranty. We are always looking for ways to improve our product and would love to hear from you at Team@rockworkx.com . Please check the product description or contact us for more specific information.

 What is your shipping policy?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard ground shipping typically takes 4-6 business days.

 

What if I did not receive a tracking number or my shipment is delayed. 

If using ground shipping, which is usually 5-7 business days, please allow for additional time for delivery. If you did not receive a tracking number or suspect your package is delayed or lost please contact  team@rockworkx.com

What products or services do you offer?

We offer a range of 4x4 outdoor products, including Jeep and Ford Bronco accessories. Our products include thumbscrews, tow hitch multi-tool, exterior bags, and more.

 

What are the benefits of using your products/services?

Our products are high quality and designed for outdoor and 4x4 enthusiasts. We are experienced product design who are also passionate outdoor / 4x4 enthusiasts, so we use what we make! We offer a range of products to meet all your outdoor needs, and are expanding our product line, stay tuned for more via our email list.

 

Are your products made in the USA?

We take pride in our multiple production locations which allow us to offer the best possible products at reasonable prices. Our facility in California is where we do all of our development, prototyping, and testing. With over 25 years of experience in product development, our goal is to consistently deliver the highest quality products to our customers.

While some products are well-suited to be made here in the US, such as heavy and simple items, many others with complex parts and assembly are not. However, we are always exploring options to produce more items in the US and will continue to do so whenever feasible.

Our soft goods are a combination of products made in the US and Dongguan, while our aluminum parts are expertly crafted and tested in Dongguan. Rest assured that no matter where our products are produced, we always adhere to the same high standards of quality and excellence that our customers have come to expect from us.

 

How do I use or operate a specific product?

We provide instructions for all of our products usually in video format. Details are on the product pages or on our Youtube Channel @ROCKWORKX which we are continually updating. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Do you offer installation services or tutorials?

We do not offer in-person installation services, however we do have video tutorials for our products. Check the product description or contact us for more information.


Are there any safety precautions I should take when using your products?

Yes, some of our products require specific safety precautions. Please read the instructions and warning labels carefully before using any of our products. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

What are the hardtop bolts for Jeeps & Ford Broncos and what are their benefits?

The hardtop bolts are replacement bolts that can be used instead of the factory bolts on Jeeps and Ford Broncos. The main benefit of using these bolts is that they can be easily taken on and off by hand, without the need for tools. Additionally, they provide the ability to attach gear in the trunk of the vehicle with or without the hard top attached. This feature is especially useful for outdoor enthusiasts who need to transport gear securely. So, if you're looking for a quick and easy solution for securing gear to your Jeep or Ford Bronco, these hardtop bolts are the perfect solution

What bolts will fit my Jeep?

If you're wondering what bolts will fit your Jeep, you'll be happy to know that all Jeep Wranglers made after 2007 use the same M8 1.25 thread bolt. This means that our products will fit all Jeep JK, JKU, JL, JLU, and JT Gladiators.

For older model Jeeps like the CJ, YJ, and TJ Wranglers, they also use the same thread, although some models may use 8 bolts instead of 6. While we are currently testing our products on these older models, we have not confirmed fitment on all models just yet. We will be sure to update our site for each vehicle once testing is complete.

Please note that if your Jeep uses 8 bolts instead of 6, you may purchase the Bronco set as they are the exact same bolts. And if you're looking for Freedom Panel Knobs, please be aware that these are only compatible with the Jeep JK and JKU models, as 2018 plus JL and JTs no longer use these bolts.


Do you sell product in smaller sets or individually.

Will the color match my RIG?

All of our thumbscrews, knobs, and tow hitch tools come in anodized aluminum colors, which means they won't be an exact match to a painted color. However, the anodized finish gives them a rich metallic look that complements a wide range of vehicle finishes.

We offer our products in a variety of primary colors, including anodized Black, Red, orange, blue, and green. We also occasionally offer limited editions in Gunmetal grey, Silver, and soon-to-be-released copper finish.

If you want to be sure about color matching, head over to our News page or you tube channel for details on the colors we use and their corresponding Pantone and RGB colors. We want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase and that it complements your rig perfectly!

When will the Bags be available? 

We are excited to announce that our bags will be available for purchase in the upcoming summer season! Although the project has had some challenges, we have been committed to delivering the highest quality product possible. In order to meet our weight requirements of at least 120 lbs per buckle, we had to retool our own buckle and perform extensive testing to ensure durability and safety. We have made significant progress in the redesign, and we are confident that the final product will exceed expectations. We anticipate that the bags will be delayed by approximately 8-11 weeks, but we are actively working to expedite the process. Donations, Charities and Giveaways. 

We are honored to continually be given the opportunity to be a part of many amazing and worthy charities and events! However, as much as we would love to accommodate each and every request, we do receive an overwhelming number of inquiries for product donations, particularly for off-road events and charitable causes. As a small business, it is simply not feasible for us to fulfill every request that comes our way. Nonetheless, we do support a few local charities that are near and dear to us, and remain committed to collaborating with more philanthropic organizations as we continue to expand. Please note that we are not taking on any additional partnerships at the moment.
